Why the name changed

NYC BAGEL began in Sarajevo as a single location built around New York–style bagels, specialty coffee, and a slower, more intentional start to the day.
 
As the concept grew, so did the vision behind it. What started as a place became a broader idea — one that wasn’t tied to a single city name, but to quality, craft, and community.
 
LE.SAL + CO. is the natural evolution of NYC BAGEL. The name changed, but the people, the products, and the standards remain exactly the same.
